So self is visiting and he is going to a vandy game equals we are screwed? Not sure i get that. If archie does not visit or never watches him play i will get worried but this seems normal to me. Kansas not giving up and vandy not going away but we are not out of it guys

Reading the tea leaves, this isn't looking good guys. He does not want to play at IU. Even the good baseball players at New Albany go to UofL. It's a UofL town. The young kids down here don't care about IU.

For the 6 billionth time, Archie has two visits left and they are saving them for the state tournament and more towards the end of the season.... right around the time, ya know, Romeo plans on picking?

Yes. They have a compliance office that deals with this stuff and keeps the staff informed on what they have available or simple rules questions. The recruit doesn’t really have to do anything but once a relationship develops it’s like a friend deciding if he is going to the movies with his girl or to the club with you. He will let the other know he is busy or not.

How long will NA be in the tournament? If they play Floyd Central in the 1st game it might be 1 game.

A. I will be shocked if Floyd Central beats them (all 3 will have visits that remain in that scenario not just IU).

B. If Romeo is close to breaking Bailey’s record it is far more critical for CAM to be there than the end of a regular season game. Rinse and repeat for state title. All 3 teams will be there for both of these scenarios.

There's not really anything to say we're not getting him (or to say we are, to be fair).  Kansas was never going to just give up and the Langfords were still going to visit Vandy.  Nothing has changed.

Exactly. All 3 are in it. I personally feel Kansas is the longest shot. Just don’t get the vibe that team fits from a distance and personality perspective. But I could easily be wrong. Also definitely too early for the see I told you so crowd as you said nothing has changed.

I don’t think there is anything funnier than watching the insane flying off the rails reactions to any recruit news.

The Langford’s have said all along that they want to get to Vandy, but couldn’t make it to Kansas. We’re coming in to the last part of the recruiting process so of course this is happening. They are making the trip to Vandy and self is making the trip since the Langford’s can’t. Does not change my confidence in our chances at all
