I've seen us lose to many like that. Usually the D just blows the plays they need to make. We actually made a few critical plays today. It wasn't pretty, but it is in the W column.

Sometimes, I'd rather be lucky than good.

 

Missing our two top DT's and one of our top LB's obviously hurt a lot.  (The reason they were out is another conversation....enough suspensions already) Howard is terrific.  We have plenty of WR's.  Without penalties in the first half, it's a different game.   

 

Lots to work on, lots to build on.  But wow...that defensive scheme is awful.  How many times can we have 2 players in the same spot, seemingly in the way of one another?

Not to much to complain about with the Offense. The D is another story. Have to hope adding in all the guys will make an impact.

Knee brace and street clothes. One poster said he overheard him tell someone he should be good to go for Western KY.
