I have never yelled so loudly during a game. I hate Illinois so much. Absolutely amazing gritty win by our young Hoosiers. This team is going to be dangerous in March. Maybe shock everyone like we did during Cody's first year??

JBJ had 11 deflections today per TC. I am not saying this is a non factor stat, but I don't think it's near as huge as he makes it.

 

JBJ had 11 deflections and he was still our worst defensive player of the game. Maybe he was going for deflections and that is why Nunn was so open on all those 3's???

Illinois had a record attendance today---a prized recruit in the house (Lovett)-----and we came away with the victory!

We seem to be trending in that direction, so the Hoosiers must be playing well. As hard as I have been on Crean, I also always recognize when he does well and the team is ready to play. I will give him and the team the credit they deserve. It was a great win and one they should be proud to accomplish. I am a Hoosier thru and thru and seeing us play well and win is my biggest priority.
