I was pretty pessimistic  heading into the game tonight.  I still have a lot of worries about this team and this year, but they handled their business tonight.

Defense was MUCH improved tonight. And, we won the turnover battle. 9-12. Incredible improvements all around. Good work team, and CTC!

Good win, team definitely looked better.  Game wasn't as close as the final score showed.

 

Rebounding still needs work.

 

Defense looked better.  Zone looked better at times, but still not a fan of zone.

 

Holt is already better than Hanner.

 

Does Troy ever play under control?

 

I wouldn't use Pitt as much of a measuring stick though, they're not that good.

Excellent preparation and execution. When you're two highest scorers are held in check most of the game and you win in a blowout, team ball takes the day. Props to Crean as he had them ready to play. U gotta give credit where its due; just like when it is the other way around. B1G kicking ACC butts; gotta love it.

That was so satisfying. Pitt wasn't great, but we hang with Louisville playing at that level, I think. Not been feeling great after the Thanksgiving games, but that was nice to watch. Take care of business Saturday and see what happens at MSG.
