Yes. The question is if they have this other evidence. Other witnesses and/or photos of injuries. I just don't have a lot of confidence in the justice system. Especially for DV and even more specifically when it involves famous and/or rich white men.

Yeah the drinking itself is definitely more than a rumor. Just a bizarre tweet/statement.

I’m kind of wondering how hard of a bullet it was to even dodge? It seems like even a surface background check into this guy reveals he’s an a-hole with a drinking problem, let alone things that are being alleged now.

I believe the comment on the podcast was that he likes to drink a lot "but it's not like he has any DUIs".

This changes my perspective on the likely outcome of this. Bruises = pictures. Bite marks = pictures. 5s of choking hard enough to cut off breathing would likely leave marks that can be photographed.

He's probably done.
