A weird start, but I will sure take it. Would be fun to spoil Purdue on Tuesday and beat Undefeated Wisconsin on Friday…

A very entertaining byproduct of a win over Purdue would be making them sweat a bit in regards to the B1G race.

They would be 3 games behind Wisconsin if we can pull out a win, and still having to play at UW and at UI.

A win would actually put us ahead of them and into the conversation...which is why it probably won't happen.

Beating pudue is the most realistic. I don't think we hae ever won a game in the kohl center. That's probably pretty unlikely next friday.

It was still the 20th century when they last one there. When I was like 3….

Michigan up 9 at half.   Probably should be in rant thread but I can’t stand coaches that foul at the end of the half just because they got fouls to give.  Holtmann does it twice. Went from 3 to 5 fouls with 3.5 to go.   Michigan runs a play and gets a wide open 3 at the  buzzer.    What was the point of fouling if you are going to give up a wide open 3.   Should have used another foul if that’s what you were doing.    Just play it out from the beginning

As with similar metrics (WAB), IU avoiding any bad loss thus far means they’re actually a good win or two from a strong-ish tournament resume. I certainly understand the frustration, I’ve felt it too.

But: 3 good chances coming up.

Having Cupps foul before half at Rutgers then Simpson bangs a 30 footer on him. So dumb.
