I think it's time UK and Cal divorce. I don't hate the guy like most do. But, he has peaked there. Losing to St. Peter's last year wasn't good. To me, that was the start of his downfall. He has a nice class coming in which probably keeps him there.

Agree, it kinda feels like it's run it's course. Losing against Wisconsin with that super team in 2015(?) seems like it took the steam out of his tenure. Of course he has another top class coming, so maybe he will make another run, but this team is extremely unimpressive, even with Tshiebwe.

7 of Purdues 11 conference wins are against the bottom 4 teams currently in the B1G standings.    They are clearly the best team in the country in my opinion but just interesting to see where those wins come from.    Don’t have to play at Rutgers, Illinois or Iowa.

IU single plays are all currently the bottom 5 teams in the B1G and Maryland which is the only team in IU’s single plays with a winning conference record.   IU’s double play teams all have winning conference records as of now.     Just got to play the teams in front of you but it’s interesting to really dive into unbalanced schedules after a lot of the schedule has played out

Not sure why Cal would do it. He’s never going to get such a sweet deal anywhere else. If Kentucky wants him gone they are are going to bleed money for years

Interesting. He's only been at OU for two years. Maybe he just feels as if it's not the right fit ...

Good for our Liam McNeeley chances. Even with our older coach we're looking like the program that is super-stable going forward.

Pretty sure that his 9-16 season two years before the St. Peters loss was a strong sign of a slide into sadness.

Seems like a great fit, and not hard to see why.

He's from Illinois, Catholic, and spent 10 years coaching Loyola Chicago so he probably would rather be close to home.
