That fanbase sucks so hard. I’m not sure the diehards could name all of their scholarship players this year, but I still see tshirts from the 2005 team. Guarantee you jersey wearing 15 Illinois fans knows it all. He or she is awesome. Best thing about Illinois basketball. HoosierAloha 1 Quote

TheWatShot Posted January 15, 2023 Posted January 15, 2023 Still haven't figured out the obsession coaches have with calling timeouts immediately after their teams score. We just had a media timeout in the Marquette/Xavier game. Each team gets one possession, Xavier hits a 3, crowd erupts and Miller calls timeout. Not like you just had five minutes to talk to your team moments earlier. dws lillurk and BGleas 2 Quote

reconmkd Posted January 15, 2023 Posted January 15, 2023 Wow UConn getting blown out at home by Curbelo! Not a good weekend for ranked teams. Quote
reconmkd Posted January 15, 2023 Posted January 15, 2023 Courtney Green continuing the horrible officiating for Rutgers v OSU that was not a shot clock violation. Quote

There was another timeout after this one, when it ended, both teams were walking back onto the court, Miller grabbed two of his players by the sleeves and continued barking instructions at them. It's starting to make more sense to me why there are so many transfers. Kids don't want someone holding their hand and trying to micro-manage them all throughout games. BGleas 1 Quote
