Isn't this a little early in the year for UK and UL to play. I always thought they usually played in Dec. and usually on a Saturday

Usually play the 2nd/3rd week of Dec.

Michigan hung on to win by 1 in OT.

Louisville - Kentucky was a fun game. UL was winning big for a lot of the game. Kentucky eventually cut it down to 6 at one point I think. Down the stretch UL missed 6 straight FTs that would've put the game away. Probably going to hang on though. 95-88 with 18.3 seconds left.

Our games against them will be tough.

I thought Michigan looked pretty average-ish. Maybe their big gives us trouble in the paint.

Man, I forgot Lville added Conwell and McNeely. They might actually have more shooting than us if their freshman gets hot. That’s going to be a tough game for sure.

Illinois looks tough and physical and their guy down low is a load. We’ll need the pace to be up in these types of games.

Michigan and Florida look like the same to me. Loaded front courts with subpar guard play. Both teams were lucky to beat inferior ACC teams last night.

Seems fair.  Boogie Fland hasn’t popped for me yet.  Not sure he is a “winning” player despite being talented.  And Cadeau is overrated.  Got the benefit of the whistle last night.

Boogie Fland is someone Mike Woodson wanted badly. Enough said.

I like the little guard they got from Princeton more than Fland.

Lee from Princeton has been an inefficient chucker in their three games to date: 26.8% fg, 20.7% three pt on high volume.

UF moved Hough to the three, and playing a lineup that’s bigger than most NBA teams has not gone especially well. And they don’t have much guard depth. Aberdeen was a massive portal loss for them.

An unranked IU team looks way more connected.

He was really good at Princeton but this level appears to be over his head. Clayton, Martin, and Richard will all men out there.

I only saw the Arizona game and he looked better running the offense than Fland did that game. I’d probably bet on the Princeton senior to settle in and be a steady hand at PG before Fland.

Probably not good when you have two PGs who aren’t great shooters and are used to having the ball play at the same time and force one of them out of primary ball handling duties. Not sure what the logic in bringing both in was for them.
