Hoosierfan2017 Posted Saturday at 05:57 PM Posted Saturday at 05:57 PM I’m sick of seeing Hoover on my screen he’s terrible. Every game against decent teams will be close because our offense can’t score unless we start the drive in the red zone. Quote

Either both teams are allowed to be physical or neither. Sick of ref ball. Glad we get past OSU and UM after this week He did have a handful of jersey in that one. He got away with worse one earlier. I would like to get him out of the pocket and moving a little bit. Something where he is reacting instead of having to think. We appear so afraid of his past proclivity to throw picks that we have just made everything vanilla. Vanilla isn't going to do it against better teams. JSHoosier Posted Saturday at 06:02 PM Posted Saturday at 06:02 PM Hoover made some throws when we needed them against Nebraska but overall has been pretty lousy the last 3 games. OliviaPope40 and pumpfake 2 Quote
TTT Posted Saturday at 06:02 PM Posted Saturday at 06:02 PM It’s starting to glare that IU doesn’t have confidence in passing game. where is Chandler? Quote

How many hands do Michigan DBs get to have on Marsh and Becker? My issue is call it both ways. If not, its weak bs LIHoosier 1 Quote

KingPG21 Posted Saturday at 06:04 PM Posted Saturday at 06:04 PM We had a similar first half against Nebraska. Started to throw in the middle of the field in the second half then, hopefully we do it today. Soulsnipes and Dave from Dayton 1 1 Quote
Hardwood83 Posted Saturday at 06:04 PM Posted Saturday at 06:04 PM Hoover was the active passing yardage leader coming into the season (not sure if that is still the case.) He is a senior with a ton of experience, so why is he so bad? There was a drop and a couple of very good defensive plays...but he is missing wide-open guys again, or throwing to them when they aren't open. He is hurting the team. Is benching him realisitc? KingPG21 Posted Saturday at 06:05 PM Posted Saturday at 06:05 PM Still my biggest concern, outside of ref ball, is Carr's feet scrambling. Zachetology 1 Quote

I would say he's "good" but nowhere near "excellent". In fact, he may not be in the top 3 in the B10. Quote

Home Jersey Posted Saturday at 06:06 PM Posted Saturday at 06:06 PM I don't know that Cig has ever pulled a QB mid-game or even mid-season so I doubt we see it. Quote

Admittedly I never watched a single Hoover game before he came to IU, but there’s just no way Coach Cig missed this bad in his talent evaluation… Hardwood83 1 Quote
LIHoosier Posted Saturday at 06:08 PM Posted Saturday at 06:08 PM Bones Jones is in the game to start the 2nd half Quote
