Not sure how Cigs and the staff handle Hoover, but to quote Cigs' former boss Nick Saban -- might be time for a good a$$-chewin'.

I think the Hoover issues were there all along.  Weak preseason schedule IU could get away with it.  Coaches and IU tried to camouflage it and hide deficiency.  Becker and Marsh and other receivers neutralized.  And maybe there is an injury aggravation now.  But now it’s almost 3 and out Hoover.
