Kind of why it feel it's never over until they show up on campus. I think we will likely lose some others that are committed now. We aren't willing to overspend for hs talent. Some programs are willing. Even with winning the natty, I don't feel like it has put us over the recruiting hump. We identify guys early, they get offer, commit, and end up going elsewhere when other programs see the talent. Its just the nature of the game I guess but it makes getting excited about anyone difficult because who knows if they stay. Monshun Sales continues to get suitors, and I won't be surprised to see him commit somewhere and decommit not long after. We've also hosted committed guys recently so IMO I just don't get the early commit thing at all. Really makes no sense other than for some it can be life changing money if they handle it right and with that in mind I'd understand chasing the bag over playing for the best fit I guess.
