I’m wondering if there possibly a small % chance that Daley could see the field for the during these playoffs? If we are blessed to get past Alabama….….…..

 - It’s been 14 days since Daley’s injury on December 6th.
-The Rose Bowl will be 26 days (post) injury.

-The Peach Bowl will be 34 days (post) injury.

-The National Championship will we 44 days (post) injury.

There may be some, but all the articles I have read on his injury used words like "likely" "probably" and "may be out for the rest of the season"...I think there is still a chance!

Daley is not under any circumstances coming back from a torn patella lig in one month.

I agree if that is his injury, I have never seen where that was the definitive diagnosis, and as I said all the comments are always probably, likely, etc. I don't see how hoping he can play in the National Championship game in a month and a half, if we get that far, does any harm. If he can't play, I still like our chances and I still think Kamara has another gear we haven't seen this season!

Man, we have a lot of pressure to win this game!  This is not the matchup I wanted.  I can hear Paul Dumbaum now..."I told you all a 3 loss $EC team is better than these imposter Hoosiers!"

That being said, F*** PAUL, Bama, and the whole $EC!  Kick @$$ HOOSIERS!

I respectfully disagree.  IU is 13-0, beat the team that was ranked #1, has the Heisman winning QB, the repeating Coach of the Year, and a very under rated defense.  IU has accomplished so much this year that a loss in the Rose Bowl cannot wash away.  I think IU can play loose and let 'er fly against bambam.  I'm not predicting the score but I do believe IU will win the game.

Even Cig said earlier in this year something along the lines that Kamara has another gear he hasn't reached this year.

Let's hope he reaches it in the playoffs.

Anyone else notice how effortlessly these tv pundits throw out transverse ideas; particularly regarding IU.  Today, I heard two different guys from different affiliates state unequivocally that Miami has a better DL than IU and better DB's.  How can these guys possibly watch that conference championship game and make that statement?  Who has Miami played (outside of the one game against A&M) that in any way proves what these fools are saying.  Good News, they just keep finding ways to doubt IU and I firmly believe IU will prove them all wrong.

I hope you are right about the team proving them wrong.  It is good locker room material to help get them ready.  I believe Coach Cig will keep them grounded and hungry.

I really love Coach Cignetti’s relentless job of being a film junky. I’m sure his wife has learned to embrace the countless hours and has just accepted it, lol…

I’m even more impressed with Coach Cignetti’s desire to study of DeBoer’s offense throughout the season…..

Interesting tidbit from the Hoosier Huddle guys on Rose Bowl ticket sales:

Per TickPick's data, ~25% of tickets purchased have been from Indiana, ~18% from California, and ~12% from Illinois.  I'm not seeing a certain state in the top-3 at the moment.

I think we're going to have a pretty darn good Hoosier fan showing...

I can’t remember if it was an Athletic article or the guys on SiriusXM College today, but somebody predicted IU fans will double up Bama’s contingent. And I believe them.

We definitely can find Cali more reliably on a map.
