UNC sounds like they will keep it in family again or go after Beard. Kansas will go full steam ahead at Nate Oats.

However, I think Celtics will lock up Stevens for good especially with their new owner being a massive Celtics fan.

Maybe, but if reports of him wanting to coach again at some point are true, kids will be out of the house, going to one of those schools with great resources while not scorning the Butler folks to take a job in the same state that he would be expected to be the messiah would make sense, but obviously a lot of other factors too.  I mainly say this because I’ve been conditioned to expect the worst as an IU fan & seeing him go win championships at another school just seems about right for how things have gone for us…

Brad is doing exactly what he wants to do.  I had this further confirmed over the weekend.  Fun to think about but it can be put to bed.

I don’t think his personality is cut out for today’s college game. He lost his team as the coach of the Celtics. He was fortunate to be able to move in to the front office which seems to be a good fit for his basketball mind. It’s silly to consider the matter any further.

Truth.  He left coaching for a reason and is happy in Boston.  IU or any other college program has not been a thought.

I heard he was about to sign an IU contract on the set of Breaking Bad, then was stung by a scorpion and took it as an evil omen.

Isn’t it about time to shut this down?

Masshole has made it clear that he will never coach in Bloomington.

Leaving this thread open just fuels the speculation from a few that won’t accept reality

Leaving this thread open doesn't hurt anything. The actual mods will lock it if there is a reason to. Just don't open it if you don't like it. Problem solved.
