My gripe with the last few minutes is the lack of accountability and lack of awareness. Too much pace for such a lead. Should have wasted clock and put more emphasis on good shot selection. Call a timeout, and make sure that happens. Anyways, how about Ballo? FTs looking good!

Carlyle plays hard on D and can handle the rock a little. On nights where MM can’t shoot, that is enough to get Carlyle some run. Sadly

Women lead Northwestern 31-26 at the half but not playing well.  3 min. scoreless drought to open the 2nd Q and shooting  just 36% FG and 3-13 on 3s.  Also got outrebounded by 3 in the half.

Carlyle just got caught ball watching but he is generally so, so much better on defense it doesn't surprise me that it's easier for him to find time. You can always use a good defender, only need one or two primary scorers on the floor at a time. KC is 1-5 today, MM is 0-8.
