It's not my money and I have zero clue how much money IU actually has to work with. But if IU really is offering 2.8 mil for Wilkerson, man that's a lot. Don't get me wrong, he's a good player and have loved watching any bit of the tape I've seen on him. I can see him being a potential All-Conference guard which is great. Shooting has been a non factor at IU for almost 10 years now. Just seems like a lot for him. Feel that that kinda money should be reserved for a legit All-American caliber player. I could be wrong. Again, not my money lol.

No, you need to sign up for 247 then you get Paramount+. It doesn't work the other way. I had to make a new Paramount+ account. Also, you can't be on a promotional deal for 247.

The Paramount+ plan you get is the one with Showtime. Normally $12.99/month so it actually saves money since 247 is only $9.95. That's the main reason I have it, being able to see the premium 247 stuff is just a bonus to me.

Yogi, JBJ, Ziesloft, Robert Johnson, Hartman. Troy Williams and Bryant were around 30-35% I believe. Incredibly fun team

Why is Kentucky going to win a "title?"  They where bounced in the sweet 16.  Looks like they lost a bunch of guys to "graduation" and have a handful of new guys coming in.  Granted they may be a step ahead of IU right now, but title contenders?  They'll have to prove it to me.

I was around for a flipping of a car somewhere around 92-94 era, I think. I was still in high school and remember thinking my parents are going to kill me if I'm in the paper

I mean its the offseason but they're a top 5 team with wilkerson unfortunately. Obviously have to play the games but pope has assembled a very talented team

They'll be solid for sure. We will see about top 5. I like what Pope has done, but the pieces have to fit. It sure did this year for them. I'm kind of surprised the 3 freshman they had this year are getting burried down the depth chart by transfers. Those guys were huge for them this year (Chandler, Perry, Noah).

FWIW- The Athletic had an article today about the “missing piece” for 2026 title contenders.  They detailed Purdue, Duke, FL, BYU and Tex Tech.  And mentioned three others- Houston, UConn and  Arizona, as other teams with a near complete roster.  No mention of UK.

You’re not quite calibrated correctly for this year. An all-American type is closer to $5m per the little bits of info you can find.

Hell, BYU is allegedly paying an incoming freshman $6m+
