Well I am sure CDD spent the last few days reviewing the current roster and making decisions on each player.  Once back from spring break tonight, I expect to see the fallout.  He'll be ready to formally start his portal work Monday AM.  With 48 teams packing it for the year, we should see a lot of movement regarding assistants and players this week.

Hoping for a fun couple weeks of this mixed in with the madness.

I think we start Monday morning off right with the additions of his son, and Connor Enright. A starter and a solid bench piece.

Only 16 teams will be left after today, will be interesting to see who all enters the portal in general this week. Does seem like it’s all but a done deal for Conor

Quick Mbako story. I took my oldest two kids to the game at the Palestra this season. We had a few hours to kill before our train so hung around in the gym afterwards and were able to work our way down onto the court while the players were coming out postgame.

My kids got pics with every player, except I think Carlyle. The guys were so nice, all smiled, said hi and took pics with them.

This is a small thing, but I think still shows his character. We get over to Mbako and he agrees to take a pic with my son, but refuses to actually look at the camera.

I was waiting to take the pic an awkward amount of seconds and saying, "ok ready?", until I realized he wasn't going to look.

We have all these pics of the kids with each players where they're all smiling and engaging, and them this random pic with Mbako where he's refusing to look.

Again a small thing, but to me it showed his character.

There very well may be a reason he doesn’t make eye contact. I’m sorry he didn’t look at the camera. I just wanted to put this out that there is something going on behind the scenes that explains this. It wasn’t personal.

What is this thing you speak of called a shooter? Are you allowed to have those

Tucker will be the ultimate IU/Assembly Hall “shooter jinx” tell tell. Seems like we gets guys known as shooters who can’t throw it in the ocean when they get on campus. If it happens with this kid, I don’t know what to do.

Yes, but only one. I don't think  it's allowed to have the offense run plays to get him shots, though.

You're not comfortable sharing the story but youre comfortable trashing his character?  Seems strange

Yup. Not 100% proven but enough to where I’ve made up my mind. And the substance is off-bball topic.my conclusion is simply he should not be at IU.

So PMs only and I’m done.

Gtfo Mgbako.

Probably my least favorite player in 41 years of being a diehard IU fan as a student and alumni.

I’d rather have Bud Mackey on the coaching staff than Mgbako on scholarship.

You got all 5 of the reactions on this post...Well Done!
