I really like Conwell myself and would have preferred him over Carlyle, but I'd be stunned if Conwell came to IU at this point. Look for him to commit to NC State. He had an official visit last May, can shoot the lights out and at 6'5 jumps well. He is in the portal but I have not seen the schools that have contacted him if any. He would have the mentality to be a bench player and a shooter that could get hot when called upon. I like Joey. I like the Hart family. They were always good to me as an official. Joe Sr and Joe jr. Trish Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 Here's KC's shot chart. Not liking the around the basket numbers.. I suppose the 3 could be worse! EDIT: I'm sure Woodson loves his mid-range shot attempts. (The worst shot in basketball) realTomCrean 1 Quote

I'm going to let that die here though, not the place as it has been requested. That was me. The optics of it blow along with their burner boy Tyme talking **** all over Twitter. You can check my history, I have said we will get players and that the things happening right now are the least important things. We win the offseason like every year around here. Every year. "Yes! We landed Romeo, watch out Purdue *******!!11" "We got TJD, the wins are going to start rolling in now!" "Huge get landing Lander, just the PG we have been needing." "Add JHS and Reneau to this experience group of guys and we are going to be making noise" (This was the closest to coming true but was still like a double digit loss team that got spanked in the tournament's second round by Miami." "Wow, we landed Kel-El Ware...if he shows out and getting X back with Cupps and the others, we are going to have a tournament team. Wish we would have got another guard though..." These guys look like upgrades. Great, I am happy we are landing players. Can you true fans tell me what kind of expectations I am allowed to have next year then? jbeaman9 Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 How many spots do we still have? 4? If Carlyle and Rice end up committing like the crystal balls predict. Portal C - drops to 3 Still have room to add 3 more guys.. Newton, Cupps, Leal are scholarships 11, 12, and 13 regardless who shows up. Quote

Yes you did start the whole charade equating Woodson golfing to not doing his job, it's not like we don't have 4 prospects visiting this weekend literally the day after the dead period ends, but I'm pretty sure @Golfman25 is the one who said multiple times that landing 3 top 50 transfers is next to an impossible feat as it has only been done once....or something along those lines. As far as your expectations go, they are yours. I won't tell you otherwise. My expectation is to always make the tournament and compete for a B10 title.
