Essegian wasn't on my bingo card for the transfer portal- but if he can play a Zeisloft like role, I'm all about it.

Well it’s all but official now. Immediate eligibility for multi year transfers as long as they actually went to class and are eligible to pursue a degree at the next stop. NCAA seems to be using academic standing as the new “penalty” not that it sounds like much of a penalty. It was official in all but name, but the NCAA is making unlimited transfers without penalty policy. 2+ schools is going to start to be the norm I would guess until some financial rules are in place. It is one more official step towards college sports as we all knew it being dead. (Yes, I know they haven’t been challenging multi transfer guys really at all since the last court ruling).

If Woodson ends up with Rice, Carlyle, Essegian, Tucker, Malone, and Ballo in the spring, I saw we let him have a few days to golf.

And the madness continues. College sports will be unidentifiable five years from now. They’re already worlds different compared to five years ago.

I wonder if his visit is still going on at this point or if he’s already gone? I didn’t know if they just stayed the night of the day they are visiting or left same day? I guess either way could be the case, but I’d assume he still may be there.

Sounds like a pretty good off-season. That’s when we all pack up for the summer and we’ll see each other again come October. In between his days of golf I hope he finds a way to not be in the bottom of D1 in 3PT FGA! 
 

Will Leal be okay with not playing because I don’t see him playing if Woodson lands all those guys.

One would think they are put up at the Biddle and out to dinner.  Then Connor takes off with the guys to Kirkwood to be properly introduced.
