A tornado has touched down in WInchester, IN, Payton Sparks hometown.   Reports are sketchy at best but this just moments ago from neighboring Delaware County --

Delaware County Sheriff Tony Skinner says they are sending a bunch of units to Randolph county. He tells me they are assisting with major damage at the Winchester Walmart. He tells me it’s an all-call for help there.
