Or move this year. Buy Woody out for 12 million but over 12 years. 1 million to FAU for Dusty and Pay him 3.5 a year like you said which means were saving a million a year from Woodson which pays for his buyout. All done.

Yep, makes too much financial sense but I've been beating that drum for months now. Plus due to the nature of Woody's buyout, he would likely negotiate down to an unqualified lump payment of around 4-6 million. You save so much money acting now it's stupid, and if it ends up being OSU, you have to fork over almost 20 million to a conference rival.

Good thing Buckner (and a good amount of posters on this board) believe IU is above hiring Dusty! While we search for a "proven" guy, every other school in the country will be finding actually good coaches because they don't impose stupid hiring limitations on themselves.

In fairness, I've been stuck following the much inferior product in Indianapolis to notice what's going on in Bloomington.

361st in the NET rankings and Crenshaw got the boot!

Is your icon Chucky Hepburn?

I believe he was speaking directly to Liam, to let him know they need shooters.

I'll be stunned if McNeely ends up anywhere other than KU.

KU's small forward Furphy is now a 1st round pick.  Liam will slide into his starting role next year.

Chris this just makes too much sense. Let's remember who we are talking about here.

Well if Dolson has any balls and isn't a complete fool of the highest order he'll pull the plug as soon as we lose next.  You never know.

I'm thinking Dolson used to have balls. Now Quinn has them in a jar on his desk.

Actually, Ringo was the "replacement drummer". Pete Best was the first drummer (1960-62).

yeah, I meant replaced not replacement. Since Beard used to be a name thrown around, but not anymore.

I'm positive he shouldn't be our head coach much longer

Even though that's a HUGE positive thought, you can't post that in the Positive Only thread. I'm confused, do they want positivity there or not?
