I get it and I agree but I am in the area where he isn’t gone until he’s actually been shown the door.  He thinks he’s got this entitlement because he’s played here over 40 years ago!  He thinks he’s owed this!  He’s going out kicking and screaming and it will make it a very bad look for the University, firing a legend player and one of their own.  So you see how this isn’t a guarantee.  It ain’t over with until Matha the Mop Lady sings!

If he gets fired he is going to make it very ugly. He only cares about himself. He will dare dolson yo fire him cause Woodson thinks he won't imo. He thinks it should be his job until Mike woodson says it's time to retire

Yea you're right.  2ppg should be more like $50K, most of that because he is hopefully a good teammate and locker room leader...

Where did this narrative start that he doesn’t report to Dolson?  It’s expressly stated in his contract in Section 2.03 that he reports to the Director of Athletics.

That narrative started about 1,000 pages back by someone who works in the athletic department.  Take it up with them.

100%.

If he's actually worth $400K then he should have no problem earning that somewhere else.

We all know that would never happen. 

Ultimately I couldn't care less, good for him for getting life changing money at such a young age. 

From a fan's perspective though, it does not seem like a wise allocation of finite resources.
