HinnyHoosier Posted January 17, 2024 Posted January 17, 2024 I can't wait to see those buttholes have to play without Lurch. I know they have replacement giants waiting but I doubt they have the same talent or allure to officials. Home Jersey 1 Quote

lillurk Posted January 17, 2024 Posted January 17, 2024 I doubt it would’ve impacted the outcome but this really was one of the worst officiated college games I’ve ever seen. And an overwhelming volume favor one side. IU was physical, and earned its fair share. But the difference made a bad night worse. Ngw7183, Home Jersey, tkbbn and 1 other 4 Quote

FortWayneHoosier Posted January 17, 2024 Posted January 17, 2024 Why did we just call a timeout? I don’t care that they are subbing it’s literally 55 seconds of play….. Home Jersey 1 Quote
KYHoosier Posted January 17, 2024 Posted January 17, 2024 Not sure why any in-state HS bball player would pick IU over Purdue at this point with Woody as our HC. Painter 50x the coach Woody will ever be Hornsby, Kentuckysucks, thebigweave and 2 others 4 1 Quote
RaceToTheTop Posted January 17, 2024 Posted January 17, 2024 What's funny about that double dribble is that he did it under the hoop but after he dribbled it out and picked it up, they called it lillurk 1 Quote

RaceToTheTop Posted January 17, 2024 Posted January 17, 2024 FWIW< the final was actually 87-66. Peacock score operator has it wrong, like he did most of the game. lillurk 1 Quote
RaceToTheTop Posted January 17, 2024 Posted January 17, 2024 Edey 11 of 23 from the floor, 11 of 12 from the line. theriverpilot 1 Quote
theriverpilot Posted January 17, 2024 Posted January 17, 2024 Outplayed and outclassed for 30 of those 40 minutes. Purdue was tougher, better coached, and better prepared. Edey was 11-12 from the line and I’m sure IU shot 50% at best. Purdue has become what IU used to be RoadRage and coonhounds 1 1 Quote

Is Painter a better coach because his team shot 18 more FTs? Was he better when Woody out coached him in literally every prior matchup? Or maybe he’s got the best player in CBB and some pretty good role players. Ngw7183 1 Quote

AZ Hoosier Posted January 17, 2024 Posted January 17, 2024 No…because maybe that means he will be back. Keep him, mgbako and Reneau, and go get some guards that are dogs. And a coach who can coach in game. Quote
