Went from head coach being a must, to half the finalists not even having Coordinator experience. Real bang up job Dolson is doing.

i dont know what people expected. IU is not a desired destination for football coaches. scratch that anything football. If you want head coaching experience, it would have to be someone that has baggage or from the non P5.

No clue about what? That half the finalists have never even been coordinators? Thats a fact, not opinion. Dabo Swinney was a WR coach when he got the Clemson job, crazier things have happened. But this is not the time to roll the dice on someone who would be learning on the job.

I believe he is saying that you don't know for fact that those are the finalists.

Who knows, maybe Hart and Frye could be interviewing as coordinators for a bigger name as head coach. I guess that’d be debunked if we knew the only way they’d leave where they are is to get a HC gig.

That is correct, we don't know. I even said I hope this info is wrong. This is just info that is being passed around. Do I believe the person, yes, but do I know that they're getting it from Dolson or someone close to him, I do not.
