You aren't overly educated on back spasms. And yes, most injuries happen in practice. Their practice hours compared to game are like 100 to 1. 

Clif is good at his job.

I thought about this during the Archie era. We always seemed to have 4+ players injured at all times and we always faded down the stretch so in my opinion it wasn’t crazy to think there was some reason to investigate whether these trends were tied to strength and conditioning - not sure if there is enough to make the same correlation here
