Crazy thing, I watched the 2000 Indiana vs Michigan State game today... A freshman Kyle Hornsby came in with some fire and hustle that got the team pumped up and the crowd going on multiple plays. 

Best way to get minutes is to play defense and hustle. If you're open, shoot. But gotta play hard.
