RoadRage Posted September 26 Posted September 26 Our team is either being terrible underrated or we are not going to be that good this season....at least according to the so called experts! ALASKA HOOSIER, thebigweave and Jeff Flabjohns 3 Quote

The nice thing compared to last year is our schedule should give us a pretty decent indication early on of what we're working with. Obviously you hope to see improvement as the year goes on too. Last year in non-con, the only P5 teams we played were SCAR, who sucked, and the B4A teams where we got our doors blown off by everyone but a cruddy Providence team missing their best player if memory serves. This year we will play Marquette and Kansas State + scrimmage Baylor by the same time B4A started last year. 31 days til Baylor. 45 days til Marquette. Ready for IU basketball. Cool look at the facilities. Love what they did with the court. Jasai was a good choice as a tour guide / interview. DougWil, WayneFleekHoosier, ALASKA HOOSIER and 3 others 6 Quote
Popular Post RaceToTheTop Posted September 28 Popular Post Posted September 28 I will say even if we end up not being that good this year at least it's a team I want to root for as opposed to what Woodson was doing. thebigweave, cchuntsman, Crazy about IU and 5 others 7 1 Quote

It didn't bother me to much, but I know what you mean. After you get past that beginning, it is a pretty good look at the facilities they have which looks like they have put some $ into them. Jasai is a good dude, and I would love to see him kick some butt in his time in Bloomington. Quote

go iu bb Posted September 30 Posted September 30 The peegs guys watched a practice today. They say that Sisley should play a big part in the rotation. They also said the defense is still struggling other than Conerway. The defense struggled against graduate assistant coaches and walk-ons. Yikes. It wasn't specified exactly how they struggled but since the article was talking about trying to pressure the ball without fouling, probably that. They have a little more than a month to get it figured out. ALASKA HOOSIER, Pagoda, HoosierHoopster and 4 others 4 3 Quote
