Usually means they're getting a huge influx of bets so they're shutting it down to adjust the odds before putting it back up. (I think, at least?)

It means a lot of people are betting on Stevens to IU, not necessarily that it will happen.

Well chris007 did tell people on here to bet Stevens just a while ago. If money started coming in on Stevens they will adjust odds. Problem is I dont know anywhere you can bet it.
