And no, I’m not saying IU should’ve announced anything by now.  I would definitely expect something from the Celtics side.

He could've told the owner but the wouldn't tell anyone. I've heard his relationship with Brad is great and he wouldn't leak anything. There's also no reason for the Celtics to rush Brad out when his replacement would just be getting a promotion. They have the successor currently working under Brad.

As far as I can tell, we are going to need 13 new players next year but the eight coaches we signed will sure get it done.

Coaching carousel news: Utah has fired coach Craig Smith, a source tells CBS Sports. Smith was hired in 2021. Went 65-61. Utah is 15-12 this season and plays Wednesday at Arizona.

My girlfriend goes to another school, too. Just giving you a hard time! When you said 24/7 I went right over there since I'm a member, and was a little confused by their board and nothing about Scott Drew could be found. I did see a few of their posters think Nates Oates is in play, and I didn't see one poster defending Chris Beard.

I just assumed when I saw it last night it was 247 site.   The format looks the same

On other boards/forums - I do think it's kinda weird how so many 'regulars' and site owners jump on anyone who has a rumor or overheard a statement. Honestly one of the things that brought me to this board since I have subscriptions to 3 others and very rarely post in any of them. Kinda nice to read stuff whereas as long as someone seems like they are just trying to add to the info they aren't attacked right away.

Trilly is similar but a wreck to read - gives me a headache.

The reason I bring that up is 'why haven't we heard any of this from other site owners?' Rabby has hinted that he hears things that aren't collaborated by the university but couldn't he just obfuscate his sources enough to be able to drop hints? Do you think they don't want the hassle of being dragged through social media if they are wrong? Being asked to not communicate info (they do rely on being able to get access)?

I know it's super early but none of the sites I pay for are sourcing anything. Like anything. Haven't seen  'a board member has told us that the search is wide open but we are focusing on this criteria....' - just a general outline of what they expect in a candidate? Just possible lists based on fandom more then anything imho. 

I remember being shocked by Sampson and kinda surprised by Crean but I remember some real leaks on Miller - 2 schools of thought  were the loudest Donovan and Miller near the beginning of the search. As social media and information avenues expand it would seem very difficult to keep this stuff secret imho. Is that selective memory?
