A good friend of mine was workout buddies with Eric Gordon’s dad and would play pickup ball with him at the JCC in Indy.

He told me a few days before it came out that he was flipping to IU. I asked how he knew, and he said Gordon’s dad told him IU swooped in with a much bigger offer than Illinois could pony up. It was an easy choice.

IU has dropped more bags than people realize. Archie Miller was no Boy Scout like some seem to think. How do you think he got Khristian Lander and Romeo Langford?

Only Iowa can answer that.  Not any different than IU going after May.  I think it's pertinent to the IU search which is why I pose the question.

Wish the kid well, but to think that a bag was dropped to land Khristian Lander...

Beyond that, nothing to report other than reports that Dolson is playing everything very tight and no one knows anything.

Say what you will about Bobby Knight, Rick Pitino, Jay Wright, Coach K........they all have a dominating 'presence'.  I don't see that in McCollum, he seems more inverted and a quiet type.  Not sore that resonates with this fan base in my opinion.

That’s why i want beard. He has the mindset to win big at Indiana. I’ve wanted him for 6-7 years

well there ya go... .Damezi Anderson over Aaron Henry and recruiting Lander at all.... let alone illegally recruiting lander lol

Well, he certainly doesn't bail on programs like Chris Beard does.

And Chris' agent has been doing all he can to get him out of Ole Miss, basically trying to get him involved in every job opening.

Notably with Texas, he didn't bail, but he did have to make bail.

haha I have not but I would routinely go to Elkins just south of there on business.  It was depressing.

WVU Practice Facility and arena are actually very nice. However, the location isnt ideal. Pittsburgh is about an hour in a half away though so you have that.

I disagree with the premise, as you are saying Goodman's tweet and the Dakich interview would somehow drive SD to more strongly  consider BM. Though I will say I adore your font choice and imagine you smell like a cross between chocolate cake in the oven and puppies breath.

But he's got Kory Bennett and Tom Ostrom on his staff in his ear I can't imagines he has heard 1 positive thing about Indiana and its basketball program AT ALL . I know this isn't a deciding factor and DeVries is free to make his own choices but lets not act like it wouldn't have an impact.
