To their school, yes. Whatever paperwork they have to do to inform the school. I don't think it's dependent on the school doing anything with that and they have 2 days to submit it.

That’s what I saw the other day, but he’s back in the 247 portal listed as “available” so I wonder if Willard getting a verbal from a 2nd big man may have changed Brennan’s mind

Turns out WVU was the team tampering with this guy.  Laugh out loud funny. I'm sure they will claim they didn't tamper; otherwise it would make their holier than thou attitude and tampering accusations about IU very hypocrital.

Entering the portal but with the intention of returning to UNC.  ie…..I want a raise $$.

I think we will see more and more of that. On two separate podcasts I have heard Todd Leary and Brian Evans both say that in the current environment they would go into the portal every single year to check out market value.

The 7’0” center started 27/28 games played, averaging 12.7 points on 50.5% FG, 7.0 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 2.9 blocks per game. Was named Patriot League Defensive Player of The Year, and earned All-Patriot Third and Defensive Team honors.

OK, we're past the "covid year", and he's played 134 games across 4 years... how does he have any eligibility left? Seeing a lot of guys with 4 years experience in the portal... what am I missing?

Apparently a lot of players are about to hit the portal in case a 5th year is granted, pretty much just have to ignore it all

There is a lawsuit were a former athlete (or mulitple? I'm not sure) is suing the NCAA for restricting eligibility to 4 years. This guy and a bunch of others are entering the portal in case the NCAA loses. I doubt that happens.
