2 bad teams playing a bad game. Scott was the only thing that made that even slightly watchable. But 2-0 is 2-0.

also... This is a unique game to breakdown... the entire game was played in a monsoon.....

No he was one of the few bright spots.  They should have used him more.  I would have liked to see him break AT's record.

They kept feeding him and he kept producing. Interesting that he's the only running back to get any carries tonight. Shows the trust the coaching staff has in the true freshman.

For all of those people who have said there is no reason Indiana can't consistently play with the big boys on the football field, I offer you....that.  Everything from clock management to penalties to a QB who simply cannot throw the ball down the field with consistency to unlucky injuries season after season...    Indiana will always be able to play in the middle.    This is who we are.   A really good win.  A necessary win.  But it showed our ceiling.

Game Summary:

 When you’re Indiana University football, any win is a very good win.

That’s it.

Special teams are terrible. Offensive line may have some promise. Ramsey holds the ball way too long. DBs need to get ALOT better. Scott is gonna be a bad man. Good win despite all that and the weather. They are still way too sloppy as a whole.

 From what I saw tonight, maybe even a touch faster and just as good.

I would’ve liked to have seen Penix some tonight. He showed to be a more accurate passer last week
