WayneFleekHoosier Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 The makings of an excellent staff.Recruiting connections to east coast, indiana, and even some brief early connections to west coast as needed. Head coaching experience. Disciplinarians. Some chemistry carry over due to previous connections. I'd say it's a home run staff. Appears to be heading towards a big 2018 class where we could flex our muscles. This year will be Creans team so my expectations are tempered but the talent is there to compete as early as next year but it might take 2 years to really start seeing Archie's complete vision but we surely seem to have a head start.
