Wasn't that Kyle Cox after him who got into all the trouble with sexual involvement with students after Schilling was gone? Not familiar with the culture at Park Tudor so some on here may know better if he was involved in something different that I am not aware or didn't make media but I only recall the scandal with Cox.

He was at UMASS wiith Flint and Cal got in trouble there but not sure they had anything to do with that.

Idk about any possible shady things concerning Schilling, but I think a lot of the hate from people in the state towards him came from him kicking people's butts at Park Tudor and the "recruiting" he did there. The whole public vs. private debate people have with Indiana high school basketball.

I went to school with Kyle so I heard some pieces of information that I never saw in the media, but I never heard Schilling's or anyone else's name dropped during the scandal.

Welp Archie is gonna get Ed Schilling it looks like. I know some don't like him as a person, but as a recruiter he is one of the absolute best!! Great move.

As I have stated before I have a friend that works at Park Tudor and relationships with others from my basketball years and Ed is everything people say. You don't like Ed. You love him or hate him. There isn't that much hate out there like it seems, but the exact text I got from my buddy was, "Congrats bro, IU is gonna get some BIG boys now!!" "You guys are gonna love him, but he has Head Coach aspirations, so he may not be there long if you guys have a ton of success."

He also said Ed was there not to long ago and joked that Archie better call him if he wanted to lock the state down. Looks like he may have been serious.

Wow, Ed Schilling would round out a great bench of assistants.

We won't completely lock up the state in recruiting, but we'll definitely get our fair share.  I really hope this is true.
