Loved the press conference. Said the things you want to hear from a BASKETBALL COACH. I'd make that font bigger if I could. We got the guy I so badly wanted in 2015. Couldn't be more excited about our future. This offseason should fly by with updates and changes in recruiting to follow.

Now to the negatives:
- its small and stupid, but I've always had a pet peeve against people who don't smile. Like ever. Even in pictures. LOL, I'm dumb, just throwing it out there.

- I didn't like the Inside Out philosophy. Don't get me wrong, I love the concept, I just don't think it is really how he feels. That was the only part of the press conference that made me feel like he was saying a little BS, although he kinda needed to say that. He may follow through with it, but it kind of seemed like lip service. He's a big time coach. Those guys want whoever will fit their system and could care less where they are from.

99% positive from me, just 1% nit picking. Can't wait to see him cut down the net without a smile at Indians soon!

Just watched the presser, haven't read the 246 posts about it yet.
I was worried about him being so awkward, turns out it's not as bad as I knew him to be at Dayton.  He seemed very polished.  Still a little awkward, but very polished.  He's going to play the PC game right.  That was relieving to see.
He's going to oversign.  I've never had a problem with it, but I know some of you hated it.  This is the way college basketball goes now.
Decent presser overall, a little boring though.  Go Hoosiers

He said he will not oversign and will keep a couple spots open typically to be flexible.

I prefer the Tom Izzo approach. His teams always end up much tougher around tournament time.

Schedule wise I think this makes sense.

Crossroads
2K or Maui like tourney
ACC/B1G
Gavett Challenge(some years were not gonna be in)
Home-Neutral-Home with Zona
4 team switch of UK, U of L, Nova saves Cal from an excuse of not too many good teams and doesnt stack us with potentially 4 top 10 teams each year wouldnt mind it though
Mid level SEC team
SMU, WSU, Dayton or VCU

That is 6-9 great games each year. More than enough good games to get ready for B1G and help resume. The rest he could add in a few 100-200 type teams.

I couldn't care less about any other school in the state. I want B1G championships and banners. Competing with the the schools in Indiana should be far below the level we are at.
