mdn82 Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 For those that appreciate and care to debunk random conspiracies: Not sure why a high-end passenger would divert to Chicago with almost a two hour layover on the way to Btown. "Private flight from OKC to Bloomington" sounds neat-o, but a long, irregular route sounds way less so. Agreed with you this would be sketchy and most likely a coincidence.Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote

Me So Hornsby Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 I thought once the sweet 16 games started it would be easier to be distracted and not constantly be refreshing this thread and reading about the search. Well here I am checking flight plans and hitting refresh constantly.. didn't help at all haha Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Kepner 1 Quote

Popular Post VO5 Posted March 24, 2017 Popular Post Posted March 24, 2017 Not trying to be a Debbie downer here, but are you guys really following a Facebook page for insider stuff? That's about the last place I would ever look for credible news. I'm convinced no one knows anything at this point besides Fred and a few others. Let it play out and take everything with a grain of salt. At this point it could be anyone and I wouldn't be surprised. Tom White, ThompsonHoosier, bigrod and 6 others 9 Quote

IMO, if Donovan were going to happen, it would happen now, while they have a long layoff between games. If it doesn't happen today or tomorrow, I think that ship has sailed. Merely my opinion. RTJ85 Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 So... After giving it some thought I might have gotten a little carried away with Fife as my #2. The stakes are too high to take that kind of risk. Updated Top 5! 1. Donovan 2. Sean Miller 3. Bennett 4. Holtmann 5. Mack Dizz 1 Quote

Whatever the case we'll know it is BD when he's announced and we'll know it's not BD when someone else is announced. I don't think we're going to hear anything until next week no matter what the final choice is. That's just my two measly two centavos. thebigweave and lillurk 2 Quote

Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners At least his team scored in the 70's though... right? It's crazy that people think he is such an amazing coach. He got outcoached by Chris Webber last night. People don't realize what a great setup Arizona is. People there love their basketball and the draw is second only to UCLA on the West Coast. Still, at a top school he can't get it done. Bennett on the other hand is crucified for not taking Washington to a Final Four, it's silly. Quote
schoosier Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 I think Mack should move way up the list. I'm impressed with the W over a much more talented Arizona team. Sean Miller got toasted. Kepner 1 Quote

I think that's true, except for this: Don't you think that if we get past the Final Four and we still haven't named a coach, that it will be so obvious that Donovan is who we are going after, it will be even more of a distraction?
