Once Crean is fired and our new coach hits the ground running in recruiting- what types of players- similar or different would you want coming in? I'd love to start to brining in some more powerful, stronger forwards and post players. Would also love to de-emphasize the need for 10 6'6 wing players.

A point guard would be a start.

I cannot stand the positionless basketball that IU plays.  I would like the next coach to recruit guys role players as well as stars.  It wouldn't hurt to have a Christ Reynold like defensive specialist, or glue guy who crashes the boards and works to get others open.  I enjoy watching kids play their roles in order to help the team succeed.

I think I want Bennett the very least of anybody we've mentioned. Anyone but him. He seems like an antiseptic hire. Bleh.

Have you watched any of his press conferences or interviews?  I admit that his teams are sometimes not very pretty to watch, but they compete as hard as any team in the nation, and their system is predicated on making the right decision.

Usually, they are very pretty to watch, but like any team they occasionally have bad shooting nights, and those games perhaps look worse than another team's off night because of their pace, but even in those games they have a chance to win because of their defense.
