To me this does seem just like Rabjohns last night! He posted on a paid forum and nothing on their twitter.

This close to a decision date you can't tell me it's this fluid. They should know by now what they are doing. People are acting like it's a coin flip. If that's truly the case then I stand by wanting everyone in the admin gone. It's a freaking embarrassment it's gone on this long in the first place.

I could say the same thing as Bozich based on my "sources" - also similar to what Seth Davis said. 51-49 he stays. I've got this person saying he's staying, and then this person saying the trustees are involved. I may even go 60-40 that he is staying based on who those sources are. But...it changes daily. It's fluid. I hope we get news today, we need to put it all to rest.

If they keep him, I'm looking at the program like they're the black sheep of the family. If anybody asks, I still support, but I won't let that heathen stay overnight in my house...or borrow money.

Yep, if he comes back Glass will alienate a sizeable portion of his fan base. I will always watch, but further splintering his fan base just takes his program down another notch imo.

I've been trying to just read, stay updated, and not fall for any rumors but my only thing is it's obvious why a home NIT game was scheduled away.  If the administration is afraid of that, what do they think things will look like next season?  It's all very telling and should be an easy decision for any high level AD.

I think he will flush our elite status down the drain if he does it. He will lose a lot of the fanbase and I don't think that's an exaggeration. If people really believe Glass is a smart AD, he will know what to do.

the guy cant motivate his players and he sure the heck doesn't know how to prepare them for a game. only reason they were good last year is because yogi stepped up and pretty much coached and motivated the team. if it wasn't for that last  yr would have probably looked like this

If he's back, Fred, McRobbie and all the trustees might as well stay off the internet until we win a National Championship. The amount of hate emails they'll be getting will reach the millions.

I agree with what others have been saying, why would Crean even want to be back? How would he show his face in bloomington without getting insults and hate thrown at him. If he thought the Maryland fan was bad, he's in for a whole other world of hate in Btown.

I know some posters are saying that if Crean is to stay that they will still watch and support. I for one will not continue to watch or support a great program that once stood for greatness and frowned on political correctness and mediocrity flush all of its great hard earned history and respect down the toilet for the reasons mentioned. 

I know some will say you are not a true fan then, well i can tell you there has been no bigger fan. I love IU was born and raised a few miles from campus and now travel for several hours a few times a year for games. I love the Hoosiers but the for the last 20 years they have not been the Hoosiers I grew up loving. They have been kidnapped and brain washed can someone please put the admin through a psych and detox program. I have lost all faith, but they can still salvage the program by making the right choices and standing firm for the values that made the program great and would do the same again.

I think that one can argue that making these kinds of statements makes you more of a fan because you are refusing to stand for a program that doesn't want to strive for success anymore.

FWIW, 0708 over on 247 site posted a few minutes ago that he is still hearing that Crean is gone.

What does that have to do with the rest of it? That term gets thrown around so much that it almost has its own agenda. It has gotten to the point that saying it is more political than not using it.
