The only reason we are in this situation is because we expected to have Guy Marc-Michel available as our big man and the NCAA disqualified him. We have zero control over that. It's unfortunate but we just have to get better and play at a high level while we wait for next year.

On a more serious note, I don't see him getting fired. Glass loves him more than anything. Crean won't step down because of his ego. It's going to take the higher ups to get rid of him mid season. Come next season, if we don't make the dance, then he has to go. Simple as that. We're not a mid major program.. It's Indiana... It's Indiana.. Remember Crean?

my first year at IU... Before coming in to Bloomington I was just a naive young man who made a fatal mistake. I had hope in the basketball team. As being anti-crean since the day we lost to Syracuse in the tourny I thought that maybe just maybe this was going to be the year he started to show that he really wasn't that bad of a coach since now we have a post game and shooters with athletes at every postion. I was wrong so very wrong. After the maui invitational and the dumpster fire that played against duke I went from thinking that this team was a legit title contender to a borderline tourney team...

The Boosters will impact his decision.  He needs happy boosters to help pay for Wilson and the assistants Wilson needs to succeed.  If the Boosters want him gone either Glass makes the call or somebody else will make the call that two desks need cleaned out.

I can't believe I did it but I did it. Sent him an email. Not spending another dime on anything Indiana Basketball until the brass shows they are going to make an effort to squeeze this fruit for all the juice it has. Indiana Basketball is capable of so so much more than this. Lots of people are getting paid a lot of money just to underperform. I'd be fired already. Instead I have to prepare daily, focus on the goal at hand, and EXECUTE in a high pressure environment, or I don't get paid and the babies don't get to have a comfortable life. Crean has made $20 Million dollars at Indiana. Makes me SICK!!!!

I honestly never thought we were a title contender this year. We don't have a bench, don't have the leadership it seems, we're very inconsistent, and our coach is no better than any 3A HS coach in Indiana.

I'm at that point already. Like last week. I can't believe I stayed up for that game. Gotta be up at 4. I knew it was gonna happen. That's what's sad.
