FW simply wanted this game more than we did from the opening tip.  They exploited our flaws and I'll congratulate their coach on having a great game plan.

It's a horrid loss. This will come back to haunt on selection Sunday if we're in a position for a higher seed.

We had a small margin in the OOC schedule with all the cupcakes. Hopefully the team grows from it. It looked from the start the team was still in the mindset of beating up on cupcakes and IPFW wasn't having any of it. We got what we deserved in this one.

I seriously worry about UNC putting up 100 on us. Why, with a team full of rather athletic guys, can't we defend man to man? I absolutely hate that hard hedge up top with Bryant and Davis. Throws our whole D off.

Well...another poorly coached game.  Same defensive issues as every Crean coached team. Same drive and jumps.  Same lack of half court offense.  Same lack of touches for big men in the paint.  Yes, it's just one loss.  But heck, we are almost a DECADE in with this guy and it's the same problems every year.  I'm done with Crean.  Hopefully Steven's is getting bored with the NBA.
