I know you can’t let the ‘patients run the asylum’ but since this is the NFL and most of our players are coming back.  I think their opinion matters. If they are still buying what he’s selling, give it one more year, I guess.  If/when it fails again, it’s a full rebuild at that point.  But if the players aren’t bought into the voice and vision, you gotta move on now.

Not surprising seeing they are getting a new GM who will want "his guy" as coach.  John Harbaugh will have his choice of where he wants to go.
