Alabama to play Minnesota in 2032 and 2033. What the what?
Is it a Teflon John deal where the trip to "Minnesota" is a game at BoA stadium instead of on campus and its essentially Alabama North?

Minnesota should figure out how to make Alabama play there after the conference season in December. That would be worth watching.

It is rare for a SEC school to play north of the Mason-Dixon line to begin with.  It is even rarer for a SEC school to play north of the line past October.

Refs pretty rough in this Bama-Tenneessee game. Young is getting smacked pretty hard after a lot of throws. Tenneessee almost got an extra down cause one ref couldn't do his one job of keeping track of downs, then wanted to argue he was the only one who was right. Then Bama gets a DPI in their favor in the end zone on a call that could have gone either way

What a horrible mistake by the Vols. Kid tgiught Hendon Hooker was gonna pull it. Never even realized it was a fumble. Ended in a scoop and score for Bama. One of the most uncontested scoop and scores I've seen

Really looking forward to the playoff committee’s pretzel logic for putting in 3 SEC schools.

UT beats UGA in another barn burner, Bama beats UT in the SEC title game rematch, all 3 get in with Ohio State after FSU clips Clemson tonight and USC drops a conference game somewhere along the way.

That’s no fun. That’d be defensible. I need USC, Ok St, either OSU or UM and Clemson to all win out. Since a 1 loss Bama would have to be a conf champ, they’ll get in with their personal mulligan. A 1 loss Tennessee ain’t gettin’ in.  So the interesting one would be a 1 loss Georgia if they aren’t a conference champ. Have they reached the Alabama mulligan cache point yet? If they got in over 2 undefeated conference champs, then the answer’s yes.
Thaat’s what I want to see.

Georgia easily has the toughest remaining schedule of the 3 SEC contenders, so if they beat everyone else besides losing a close one to Tennessee with what they have left (that’s a huge if: UF, @Miss St and UK), they happily let Bama and UT kill each other in Atlanta and walk their happy aces in as the 4-seed, imo. I think the one-loss defending champ gets the nod over one-loss Clemson, USC, Michigan/OSU and I don’t think there are any G5s this year. Looks like the Big 12 might have already cannibalized itself out of the CFP discussion.

Bama will now move to #1 lol. Because it's Alabama.

I mean they went on the road and beat a top 25 team while playing their back up QB and got dropped. While Georiga hasn't been that impressive moved up. Polls don't really love Bama that much
