DChoosier Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 I’ll bet TN isn’t thrilled with a night game at OSU. I can’t stand OSU but hate the SEC more. Go OSU!! Ryno6284 and go iu bb 1 1 Quote

LIHoosier Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 The full bowl slate for those 'other' teams. I'm still disappointed we didn't make the Pinstripe Bowl lol. https://bowlseason.com/sports/bowl/schedule/2024-25 MemphisHoosier 1 Quote
TTT Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 Boise State with blue football field advantage waiting on the winner of Penn State vs SMU makes the Playoff bracket look like a comic strip. Big winner is Penn State except Penn State has coach Franklin.. Quote

Yep, If/when IU beats ND the next game, vs Georgia, will be at the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, on New Years Day. RoadRage 1 Quote
Ryno6284 Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 I live about 2 hrs from S. Bend, but no way in hell I'm paying that kind of money to watch a game in enemy territory! Quote

Apparently it’s the season ticket holder’s seats, sounds like ND hasn’t publicly released the tickets yet, they should bring them down Quote
Ryno6284 Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 Does anybody know how first round games work? like a regular season game with limited visitor tickets? Also, how is revenue split? just between playoff teams? If not the teams with byes are screwed on the revenue side unless they get a bigger chunk from the "bowl"they are in? Quote

I think prices will go down but with fees included, on Stubhub, the cheapest tickets along the sidelines, 10 yardline to 10 yardline, are $2,950 each. So two tickets, two flights, rental car, hotel, food-booze would put me out over $9,000 to sit outside at night, in South Bend in late December…….. The game is going to be GREAT on my big screen. TTT Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 There’s several warm beaches to watch these games and celebrate for a week win or loose vs attending these games in person. Quote
Hoosierfan2017 Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 Ticket prices are absolutely ridiculous and SO much more than for any of the other CFB playoff games. Think I saw PSU/SMU is like $200 to get in. I’d pay $1k or a little above per ticket given how rare this is but there’s no way I’m shelling out 3x that per ticket. Quote

And OSU/TN has tickets on the 10 yard line for $522 including fees. Similar seats at ND are $2,750 but I’ll bet those will go down quite a bit…maybe Quote
Hovadipo Posted December 8, 2024 Author Posted December 8, 2024 There’s like 200 listings on any given site right now. Check back this time next week. People buying tickets today are absolute suckers. DChoosier 1 Quote

CFP gets all ticket revenue and distributes it to conferences. They’ll be pretty much regular home games with a few subtle differences. Ryno6284 1 Quote
