Again, I don't think Phinisee needs nearly as much "development" as some seem to think.   He is very, very good.  Right now. He's a 4* point guard for a reason.  Depending on where you look, he's ranked anywhere between 14 and 19 at his position; and I truly think he's better than that.  His size (like Yogi) prevents a higher ranking; and his ranking has no bearing on how he can help his college team.  

RP is really good but like with any recruit coming in just as it will be if Garland comes here know one really knows for sure how they adjust to playing in college. I have a good guess that both of these kids will be fine. There was a reason that RP was one of the first kids the new staff reached out to. I don’t know if he was priority 1 or 2 at his position I don’t really get into that but I don know the staff the staff tracked RP as closely as anyone they were evaluating. Fans on here are going to fall in love with him in my opinion. In his commitment interview he has said he wants to get to Bloomington as much as possible this year so he can start learning the system. He was down for the Indiana St game and said he noticed things done in practice that didn’t carry over to the game.

If I'm making a crystal ball pick today, I'm picking Vandy. Just my gut feeling. I completely understand why those picks have been made. So close to the vest and the hometown team.

I know it’s twitter and it’s about him, but Darius literally is retweeting everything that Rabby puts out about him. Just retweeted his primer for his decision. Maybe it’s because he has covered and put out the most about it, but man I want to believe it’s more than that.

I really think no one knows for sure. His family really seem to be keeping it close to the vest. Maybe the Vandy CB picks are just because he doesn't want to talk, so he smiles and nods and people are taking that as affirmation. Who really knows.

The logic side of me says with HH, the rumors he was close to committing shortly after, and the whole pros and cons board - IU is going to be his pick.
