I think Howard can have success there but IU is in a good spot to potentially leapfrog UM in 2021 and can hopefully maintain it. IUc2016 1 Quote

Livers decision looms large. I'm more interested to know what kind of coach Howard actually is. I feel like it was tough to make that determination this year with the solid core and veteran leadership that Beilein left. That could be the ultimate factor. Quote
