Chips&Dipo Posted February 28, 2016 Posted February 28, 2016 Josh Newkirk just may be the key to next season, eh? My friend and I were discussing this. If he can be a good PG in the truest since and average 5 assists and 8 points (or something similar), with JBJ back in the line up getting buckets like he do, and the talented big men that we could have, IU should be interesting again IUsafety and ALASKA HOOSIER 2 Quote
Lt. John McClaine Posted February 28, 2016 Posted February 28, 2016 Happy with DeRon in the fold next year, our FrontCourt sounds very exciting for next year. In the BackCourt, Newkirk, RoJo, JBJ, and Curtis Jones we have plenty of talent. Not to mention Devonte Green to help out. ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote

Popular Post HoosierTrav Posted February 29, 2016 Popular Post Posted February 29, 2016 Josh Newkirk just may be the key to next season, eh? People in North Carolina feel very strongly that Newkirks ceiling is much higher than what we had seen at Pitt. Crean does 1 thing extraordinarily well and that's develop individual talent. Max Beifeldt isn't the most glamorous example, but he may be one that sticks out the most. Something tells me that Newkirk is going to be a very nice surprise. I'm very high on Devonte Green as well. We won't have Yogi, but I think we will be just fine with the backcourt we have. GloryDays, ALASKA HOOSIER, Kepner and 6 others 9 Quote
