Sounds like Miller has 2 other priority bigs for 2016. Doesn't sound like Davis (or Leaf, obviously) is one of those.

Many of us really liked Leaf's game the first time around recruiting and we got him on campus a few times for informal visits. I think he and Davis would complement each other well----outside/inside duo. I fear this may have UCLA written all over it as 2 of the other guys on his Compton Magic team are going there---but then again it's not clear they have a scholarship available. IMO it will be hard to lure him away from the west coast---but if we can get him to Btown for an official---anything is possible!  Go Hoosiers!

Wow, guess I respect Miller a bit now.  That took balls alot of coaches would have left him on for fear of ticking him off.  Kinda concerned thats how he feels about Leaf though. 

Miller did this same thing last year. He cut 5 star Tyler Dorsey from the u18 team when he got a commit from Justin Simon and had Allonzo Trier leaning his way. One mans trash, I suppose, but I can see kids, coaches, and parents not agreeing with the practice.

Alford is a strong recruiter. I will put my money on UCLA. If TJ wants to come east we still have serious competition.
