Walking Boot of Doom Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 So who's leaving to make room for Bryant? Alford Bailey 1 Quote
Five Prime Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 I think we could see a BIG improvement from Hanner this off season. Don't underestimate the influence that legitimate competition for playing time can have on a player's development. HMP was the guy by default this year. Bryant will push Hanner to be much, much better next year. Probably too little, too late, but I think Hanner will have the biggest jump this off season. FortWayneHoosier Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 So who's leaving to make room for Bryant? thats a good question lol. Gotta be priller or april anyways Yogster JBJ Rojo Troy Bryant Quote
HoosierAloha Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 Assuming the lineup of.. Yogi JBJ RoJo Troy Bryant That is 3 McDs AA and two very high 4* players. A senior, junior, two sophs, and a frosh. The only hole in that lineup is RoJo and Troy playing out of position. Quote
Dalton26 Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 I wouldn't mind a lineup of Yogi JBJ Troy Colin Bryant Colin would help stretch the floor and give Bryant more room to work in the paint. MikeRoberts 1 Quote
Popular Post AKHoosier Posted April 4, 2015 Popular Post Posted April 4, 2015 Most people in this thread have a starting lineup that is way too similar to last year. We can't have another season of Troy at the 4 with three guards and a freshman playing center. Crean just needs to figure out how to play big. Playing big = better defense. Figure out how to use Hanner at the 4. Yogi Blackmon Troy Hanner Bryant That gives us 3 guys who can create their own shot and are high percentage shooters. Also, the rebounding with that starting lineup should be exceptional, and probably lead the conference. Lt. John McClaine, deemoons, GloryDays and 5 others 8 Quote
BlueDevil Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 My goodness imagine if april stayed and actually developed as well as is Thon came with Bryant. IU would have some freakin trees. Throw in Hanner at the 4. Napleshoosier 1 Quote
hper50 Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 Regardless, I think it's great that the guys will really be competing for starting spots. Especially at the 4 Stuhoo and IUsafety 2 Quote
AKHoosier Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 This team will definitely have what we THOUGHT the 2012-2013 team had: Quality depth. southsidehoosier, Napleshoosier and Hovadipo 3 Quote
HoosierAloha Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 As I have said on previous posts next year is the drive to the championship. Crean is a great recruiter and coach. The losers posting here are crying today. Crean success will ruin their day. They could care less about I.U. success they just hate Crean because he doesn't coach like they would. Of course none of the people commenting are real coaches. Just blowhards. Probably better suited for a different thread. Crean will have an extremely talented starting 5 so we will see what he can do with it. The past has shown that he has done less with more compared to the likes of Ryan, Beilein, Matta, and Izzo. Stuhoo Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 So who's leaving to make room for Bryant? I think that Devin Davis's health is part of the consideration. No inside info and I hope it's not an issue, but it might be. ALASKA HOOSIER and Lt. John McClaine 2 Quote
