Popular Post Stuhoo Posted December 4, 2016 Popular Post Posted December 4, 2016 In the past 24 hours: IU cruised, and looked quite good doing so. My 5th grader went for 29 in his league game. 2-3 from three with that Jordy Hulls style jumper and two nifty baseline reverse layups. and UK got dumped...at home. Basketball been veddy veddy good ... to me. LIHoosier, WayneFleekHoosier, hsrtxp and 8 others 11 Quote
TheWatShot Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 I thought about leaving a comment on ESPN about how UK has beaten no one and should be ranked below IU, but didn't feel like getting bombarded with hilljack hate mail. Are those 40-0 T-shirts still around or are they all in Ethiopia by now? Bobman1, hsrtxp, ALASKA HOOSIER and 3 others 6 Quote

My kid is super coachable, watches a ton of hoops, and really understands how to play. He draws a ton of Frank Mason/Melo Trimble style fouls on the drive. It is really fun. I'd rather have my team lose to them than lose by nine to Omaha, or only beat Oral Roberts by 5! Other than Wisky, us, PU, and Northwestern's improvement, he B1G is very much having a down year. HoosierAloha Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 Didn't they get Nickens or another guard back from a season ending injury though? The B1G is looking rough. Is it possible to put together one of those crazy 16-2 or so type seasons? I've been watching some B1G teams trying to find the game we'll dump this season. I'm thinking it's either at Minny or Ill. Nickens played last year, you're thinking of Dion Wiley who is back. They also have a really strong freshmen class. No big time 5* guys, but Huerter, Jackson and Covan are good. But, you don't lose 4 starters without a drop off. WayneFleekHoosier and HoosierAloha 2 Quote
HoosierAloha Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 Melo Trimble should have a deal with Icy Hot neck patches the day he leaves UM. That head SnapBack is deadly. IUsafety, Brass Cannon, ALASKA HOOSIER and 1 other 4 Quote
OliviaPope40 Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 I went and watched Butler play and not by choice but I thought they looked good although some could use some work. Right now they are 18th in the polls and I think they will move up 2 spots. They will probably give us a good game and they have everybody back from last years team minus Roosevelt Jones and Kellen Dunham. I still hold a grudge from letting a walk on beat us.
