Loaded Chicken Sandwich Posted November 7, 2023 Posted November 7, 2023 James Madison has an average age of 24.6 years? College Basketball will look a lot more "normal" in a couple years when COVID years are through and average roster ages are back to being 20 and not 22 or 23. You'll see schools like Duke and Kentucky being really good with freshmen again because the age gap will be closed again. Though they'll still have to deal with really good player transferring up, which has definitely changed the game as well. thebigweave and WayneFleekHoosier 2 Quote

That's older than the median age on several NBA teams Loaded Chicken Sandwich 1 Quote

Will have true judgement on his progress during conference play. Stuhoo and thebigweave 2 Quote

Not sure that one was a fluke. 13 hours ago, Loaded Chicken Sandwich said: Big Ten refs are already in mid season form. They even completely ignored the new change for calling charges already. Smith from PU slid underneath a driver and got a charge. Don’t think these new rules will BBS applied very well. Quote

He has a family and cute little daughter to take care of. I’m not mad at him getting some money especially since he would not have gotten it here. He was a good spot up shooter for us last year. The problem was when better teams learned they could run him off the 3pt line and he couldn’t do much else. So we’ll see how he does as the season goes on. I still hope he does well. They both have athletic limitations. With that said Bates made shots against the big boys when they left him open. MSU comes to mind. Most teams knew enough to just sit on his shot and he couldn’t do much else. Quote
Stuhoo Posted November 7, 2023 Posted November 7, 2023 From the way he describes this decision, the red-shirt does not appear to largely be motivated by on-court concerns. Harris started seven games for Illinoy as a freshman. Demo and lillurk 2 Quote
